Celebration III

Celebration III is a colorful, exciting opener or closer for 3 players on one 4-octave marimba. It is also available for 5 players on one 5-octave marimba under the title Celebration II.

Program Notes

Celebration III is a trio arrangement of Celebration II for 5 players on one 5 octave marimba, with 3 players sharing one 4-octave instrument. The melody is also often split between the first two players, causing an interesting effect when properly balanced.
