Finding Hope

Inspired by quotes from three revolutionary speakers and activists - Desmond Tutu, Helen Keller, and Martin Luther King, Jr. - Finding Hope takes you on a journey from uncertainty to hope to questioning to resolution and joy. This ultimately uplifting piece for young bands will move and inspire even the most skeptical listeners.

Program Notes

Finding Hope was inspired by quotes from three of the world’s most revolutionary orators and activists - Desmond Tutu, the South African Anglican cleric & theologian known for being an anti-Apartheid and human rights activist; Helen Keller, the first deaf-blind person to earn a bachelor of arts degree; and Martin Luther King, Jr., the famed minister and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement.
