Program Notes
According to Gnostic Christian scriptures, the existence of three distinct types of human soul groups are the Hylics, Psychics, and Pneumatics. The Hylics identify with materialism and base instincts and are spiritually unconscious. The Psychics have some spiritual consciousness but only from a very simplified emotional perspective. And the Pneumatics who are spiritually awakened who incarnate to become teachers of spiritual knowledge.
